Bakers
• Assists in helping the guests when needed & bakes fresh bagels all day long.
• Counter Help
• Takes the guests' orders, prepares sandwiches and other products, operates the cash register,
cleans and helps in various duties.

Shift Supervisors
• Supervises guest service at the counter and operates the cash register.
• Supervises the Bakery in the absence of the General or Assistant Managers.
• Performs baker and counter help functions as needed.

Assistant Management Profile
• The Assistant Manager is responsible for the administration of the bakery and the supervision of personnel
especially in the absence of the general managers.
